Who should apply?
Ideal candidates are:
men who sense that full-time pastoral ministry and/or missions may be in their future
graduates from undergraduate or graduate school programs
interested college juniors
Potential residents are not required to have extensive pastoral or missions experience or a ministry-related major to be considered.
Why should you apply?
This residency offers opportunities to practice Biblical teaching in a variety of ministry settings, observe and assist in the leadership of adult and youth ministries, and participate in our pastoral staff meetings, general church functions, and more.
Compensation includes full-time pay, full benefits, housing assistance and paid tuition and books for seminary classes at the Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Hudson Extension.
